What we process
Using the site. The site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking, and does not collect personal data about you. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the service.
Messages. When you email us, for example from the contact buttons on the site, we process the details in your message (name, email address, organisation and content) to reply and to handle any cooperation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying, or steps taken before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as handling the matter and any cooperation require, and delete them after that.
Other services
The site links to services such as Kanahub, Discord, Twitch and Instagram. Their own privacy policies describe how they process data.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and object to processing. Send requests to info@kanaliiga.fi. You can also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
