For companies & HR
A wellbeing benefit staff actually use.
Some people will never show up for floorball. They already play — on their own time, alone. Kanaliiga moves that into the workplace: your own team, a real season, and regular matches with colleagues.
01 Why
Three reasons HR will recognise
It reaches people other benefits miss
Sports benefits and Christmas parties do not reach everyone. Playing reaches younger specialists and quieter teams in particular.
It works remotely, and across teams
A season brings together people from different offices and departments. Shared activity does not require the same city.
It shows up in the employer brand too
Season stories, photos and results are content you can use in recruiting and in your own channels.
02 Players' voice
What the survey says about the workplace
In the 2025 player survey, people rated how Kanaliiga shows up at work — community, commitment, and whether they start a team themselves.
- 67%got to know colleagues better (4–5 / 5)
- 65%say playing increased workplace commitment at least somewhat (3–5 / 5)
- 58%have founded a Kanaliiga team at their workplace
- 55%a Kanaliiga team matters at least somewhat when changing jobs (3–5 / 5)
Playing in Kanaliiga has improved how I enjoy work — I've got to know teammates better than I usually would at the office, and we talk about more than just work.

03 In practice
How a workplace joins
Everyone on a team has to work for the same employer. Nothing else is required — no platform of your own, and no servers of your own.
-
1 · Put a team together
Usually five players. One person is the contact — often someone who plays as well.
-
2 · Register for a season
Registration opens before each season. The team is placed in a division by skill.
-
3 · Play the season
Matches are arranged between teams inside the season schedule. Results and the standings update on Kanahub.
-
4 · Tell people about it
We are happy to help with the season's internal and external communication, if that is useful to you.
04 An important difference
Taking part is not sponsorship.
Entering with a team is a staff benefit. Sponsorship is a separate commercial agreement about visibility and recruiting. Neither requires the other.
Your people play
A team registers for a season. It is something the staff do, not marketing.
Your brand is visible
Logo, stream visibility, Discord recruiting and a blog post. See partnership →
05 Scale
You would not be the first
