CS2 Season 3 Enabled by Supermetrics

Supermetrics has arrived at the Kanaliiga Counter Strike season both with two playing teams and above all as the main sponsor of the Kanaliiga’s third CS2 season. With the cooperation, the season will be called “CS2 Season 3 Enabled by Supermetrics”. Supermetrics’ team matches are also shown on Kanaliiga’s Twitch channels. So that the entire international working community of Supermetrics can enjoy the broadcasts, the matches are explained in English.
Supermetrics’ higher ranked team SM CS-Tools LD immediately took a handsome 2-0 victory against Sitowise in their opening match of the season. The next morning, team captain Oliver “Captain Mist” Colliander was able to enjoy the encouragement of the work community and, in his own words, “Batman nods” in honor of a successful match night. “I was positively surprised how watched the match was in our work community and how esports lives and thrives within the company, even if you don’t always notice it in everyday work. Cooperation with Kanaliiga has also been hoped for and expected, and it’s great that it’s finally coming true!”
From the season itself, SM CS-Tools LD will go for the win of its own series level, “And nothing else”, Colliander adds.
“The team is having a Chicago Bulls-style The Last Dance, which is where the LD after the name comes from. At the end of the company’s annual event, we ended up together with the original CS-Tools team, accompanied by tight handshakes, to get together one more time and participate in the season.”
As the name suggests, Supermetrics specializes in data collection and processing, being at the top of its field, if not even the brightest star. Also, quite a lot of different parameters are collected from Kanaliiga matches, which give the players something interesting to watch, as well as their own addition to the comparison of personal achievements of the season.
“As a data-based company, this is especially enjoyable for us, a big hand for the Kanaliiga in collecting game data and compiling statistics!” Colliander states and continues: “Our team’s most followed statistics are probably teammates flashed and Utility damage. The latter has gotten a little bit of feedback even among the company’s players, and since then it has remained on the surface when talking about statistics. Data also brings back to earth, when instead of the perceived good game mood, Kanarating at 0.56. Fortunately, the team’s hardest hitters also usually dominate those important statistics.”
Combining a career, a possible family life, and playing video games often means that the time for games comes in the evening at the point when you should actually be looking towards a night’s sleep. However, with the cooperation, could it be thought that the time spent on the server and especially on broadcasts is like a representation task and with that you can even yawn a little in the morning meeting?
“Heh, it could very well be that, at least on the sales side, the explanation will not go through in the customer meetings. The suspicion may rather be directed at the famous Torstai-Kallee and not so much at the pen dominance on the server.”, Colliander laughs.
